Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ananda Goods. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

Shipment Locations

Domestic Only Ananda Goods does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only - anywhere in Australia.

Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

Express Shipping The order will arrive within 1-3 business days business days. Express Shipping costs $10.

Standard Shipping The order will arrive within 2-8 business days business days. Standard Shipping costs Free.

Please note:

(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
(iii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(iv) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

Due to Pandemic, packages to and from our facility in Geelong may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

Tracking Options Ananda Goods aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

Domestic All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

Damages If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at Ananda Goods at hello@anandagoods.com.au.

Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Ananda Goods politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it.

Refund Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@anandagoods.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
