Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery

We use Sendle and Australia Post to ship our orders.

We aim to have your order to you within 2-3 working days, however it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.

The Australia Post Express Post Service network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. BJ’s PJ’s are based in Ettalong, our postcode is 2257.

Damage or loss in transit is rare, however, if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange for some reason, send us an email at hello@bjspjs.com.au as to why you want to exchange and what you would like to exchange for hello@bjspjs.com.au

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of us receiving the returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items are refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

We want you to love your BJ's PJ's purchase, so if you’re not happy for any reason we’re happy to accept returns for all products purchased within 30 days of the order delivery date.

We can only accept returns if the item/s was directly purchased from our website.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
