All items include FREE postage. (One less thing for you to worry about)
I pack all of your orders carefully in my home studio myself and they are posted within 1-3 business days of your order and payment being received.
If you would like express post, please email me and I can invoice you separately for this option.
You can also post items to a friend or loved one, simply enter their postal address instead of your own. If you would like to include a personalised note, please email me hello@bytaralouise.com.au. There is no charge for this additional act of kindness.
Refund Policy
As my items are lovingly handmade, I do not accept returns for change of mind. Please read over the descriptions carefully to ensure the product matches your needs/interior style. If a product arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and item and email them through to me as soon as possible hello@bytaralouise.com.au to discuss options in this situation.
