To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are some exluded items that can not be returned due to health & safety, we are strict on this so please consider your items before committing to your purchase.
Damaged or faulty products.
Please inspect your order once it has been delivered & notify us within 24 hoursys if an item has arrived damaged or defective. If we are liable for the fault, we will organize a replacement/refund as quickly as possible. All refunds will be in full, including any shipping costs incurred. The damaged item may need to be returned (at our expense) before a replacement/refund is issued. Photo evidence is required, if you cannot provide a photo we will not proceed with the return or refund.
Change of mind: No refunds will be given for change of mind
ALL bath and body products and Dish paste CAN NOT be returned or refunded due to health reasons. Items that are under our non-returnable policy have it stated on the product description page.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless faulty or Damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping will only be refunded under special circumstance.
*Returns must be sent with TRACKABLE details, this is not negotiable and should you choose to post without tracking we will take no responsibility if the returned item does not reach us.
Incorrect postage details or non collection
If an order is returned to us due to the incorrect delivery address being entered, or for any other fault made by the purchaser, any re-delivery fees will need to be paid before we re-send the order. Human error happens, however we cannot and will not cover for this.
Please note the original postage costs will not be refunded & the FULL amount of return postage costs will be at the buyers expense (this amount may be higher than the flat rate postage cost originally charged). If a refund is required, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
