BEAUTY TIP: To amplify the benefits of your clay mask try hydrating with aloe vera juice, coconut milk, cooled brewed tea or coffee or even honey. Get creative for some at home day spa pampering.

INGREDIENTS

Kaolin (Australian White) Clay, Montmorillonite (Australian Yellow) Clay, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Milk) Powder, Yoghurt Powder, Zeolite, Maltodextrin, Milk Protein, Sativus (Pineapple) Fruit Extract, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Powder

DIRECTIONS

Using a clean, dry plastic or ceramic spoon, place 1 teaspoon of powder mixture into a small ceramic dish. Mix with up to 1 teaspoon of floral or plain water to form a smooth paste consistency. Using a brush or fingers apply to face and neck avoiding eyes and open wounds. Leave on for 5-7 minutes or just before mask starts to dry and rinse off with warm water. Follow with a facial oil or moisturiser. We recommend using 1–2 times a week.

TAKE CARE

External use only. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any medical conditions consult your healthcare practitioner first. Patch test prior to use. Do not ingest. If irritation occurs discontinue use and seek medical advice. Store below 30°C. Avoid water from entering your pouch. See bottom of the pouch for use by date. Use within 6 months of opening.

Processing time
All items are made in small batches and usually ready to ship, however as we like to make your products as fresh as possible we may need to make a small batch at the time of ordering, this will incur an additional 1-2 prior to your order being shipped.


Estimated shipping times:

Australia: 3-10 business days
New Zealand: 3-10 business days
North America: 7-15 business days
Europe: 5-15 business days


I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. 


IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation with COVID-19 both domestic and international shipping may incur delays, please take into account when placing your order. International shipping may take anywhere from 4 -12 weeks, unfortunately this is out of our control and unpredictable at the time of posting your order.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Refund Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
