Well, how did Arkara come about? It has been a real journey; I suppose my passion has always been to create beautiful things, and that comes from being an Interior Designer for 16 years, but I never envisioned that I would be making soap and bath products.

I am, and I am in my element!

I have learned so much over the last two years, and I suppose, as with everything, things evolve to where we are meant to be.  Our primary focus has been to look at our ingredients, not only their benefits but where they come from.  I enjoy knowing that our Bees Wax comes from Byron Bay and that our oils come from farms in central NSW, and we support other Australian businesses like ours.

Our products are all handmade with the utmost care as a reminder to you to take time out for yourself, even if it is only a ten-minute rejuvenating soak in the bath or enjoying lathering your hands with a fragrant nourishing soap.
