Nicole is an experienced paediatric child and family mental health nurse and Mum of 4 beautiful children. She started CORE Kids as she is passionate about physical and mental health outcomes for children and their families. By teaching children through their language of play.
The pandemic and extended lockdown periods saw the launch of the CORE Kids Store. Products include matching parent child yoga mats featuring designs from bright colourful Australian artists, mindfulness activity cards, affirmation pencils and cards to complement the groups offered and to encourage social/emotional learning for calm, connected and resilient kids.
Our vision is for ‘happy minds, healthy bodies and full hearts’.
